Although we had fewer than 48 hours to enjoy the city, we got a taste of the beauty and elegance Vienna had to offer.

We discovered the most charming boutique hotel, Hotel Josefine, that flaunted the air of a young aristocratic woman in the 1920s. After hauling 2 checked bags up 5 flights of spiral stairs in Brussels, we felt positively spoiled when a bellhop took our luggage for us. The complimentary breakfast was also classier than it had any right to be.
Once we got over gawking at the gold gilding the inside of Belvedere Palace, we could appreciate the works of art lining the walls—which included famous ones like Gustav Klimt's The Kiss and Judith and the Head of Holofernes.
We unfortunately didn't have time to tour Hofburg Palace, but still appreciated the opulence from the outside.
We spent an evening enjoying the intricate beauty and acoustics of a classical concert at St. Peter's Church.
Even on a gloomy day, Vienna was one of the most beautiful cities we've been to.
Vienna treated us to some of the best meals we've ever had.
Found some authentic Italian vibes, along with an impressive variety of Aperol Spritzes, at Casolaro Bros.
SIXTA spoiled us with a true culinary experience of whipped goat cheese, filet topped with chocolate-chili sauce, and beef goulash with napkin dumplings.
